Ellen Hickmon, CFCI

Senior Vice President

Ellen has been employed with Flex Corp since 1986, working directly with clients and participants to better serve their requests.  She has been instrumental in the evolution of Flex Corp, assisting in the automation of numerous administrative functions, and introduced most of the service enhancements enjoyed by clients today.  Ms. Hickmon received her CFCI (Certified in Flexible Compensation Instruction) from The Academy for Professional Standards and Ethics of The Employer’s Council on Flexible Compensation, and is a Member of their Charter Class of 1999. 

Ellen currently serves as a member of SIGIS (Special Interest Group for IIAS Standards) on their Certification and Compliance Subcommittee, whose responsibility it is to nationally standardize eligible over-the-counter drugs and medicines for certified IIAS (Inventory Information Approval System) merchants.
