Cafeteria Plan Services Quarterly Statements

The following information will provide you with updates and reminders regarding quarterly statements:
» Employees who have opted to receive information via email will receive their quarterly statements in this manner as well, eliminating the need for a paper copy.
» Employees who are enrolled only in the medical care reimbursement plan and who have been paid their full annual benefits will not receive a quarterly statement.
» There are no rules or regulations regarding the mandatory distribution of quarterly statements to participants in the plan.  Therefore, if you receive statements for participants who have since terminated their employment with you, you are not required to mail their statements to them.
» Effective immediately, quarterly statements will be prepared four times per full year, rather than six.  These will be prepared at the end of the first quarter, second quarter, third quarter, and one month after the end of the fourth quarter.
» Quarterly statement information is available to employees in our Plan Participant Center and is updated continuously.
